A minute is counted as one minute of active avatar streaming — when the avatar is live and interacting with a user. Idle time or setup time doesn't count.
Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Each month starts fresh with your plan's allocation.
You can downgrade to the free Standard plan at any time. Your settings and configurations will be preserved so you can upgrade again seamlessly.
A simultaneous session means one active avatar conversation at a time. If your plan includes 5 sessions, up to 5 different users can interact with avatars at the same moment.
